Use a paper box of whatever you have lying around in your bathroom (that usually sits in that spot) like toothpaste, a box of hair dye, whatever and cut a small hole into it. Dark boxes preferred because the hole isn't too obvious there. Depending on how much space you have, you need a rather small spy cam with good quality, micro sd card and a usb power bank. If you can, get a cam that supports connecting via wifi, so you can adjust the angle perfectly without taking it out.
