I have a few different cameras. The last pictures were taken with an old Olympus MFT and a cheap tele lens. Any cameras from the last ten years or so can take pics like this. If you can afford it, get a camera with a fast autofocus. Put a tele zoom lens on it and you're ready to go.
Most of the time I shoot with an APS-C Kamera because of the size. Outside during summer is more thank enough light that you don't need a FF body or a pro lens.
