In Belgium toilets are unisex. Toilet cells normaly cost money and you find them only in the gastronomy. Urinals are accomodated in niches - separated only by partition walls. Outside are only public piss drains without full toilets and walls around it.

Women who don't want to pay for peeing or to search for a full WC, do it simply between the men. Equal rights for all.
